BBQ has always been a passion of mine, we base our recipes around a small set of rules, use real fire, season simply and buy great quality ingredients.
Perfect BBQ is never rushed - Our cooks for your event will take anywhere from 6 to 18 hours depending on the quantity of the food. We guarantee it won't take that long to watch it disappear!
Rest assured we are committed to the best BBQ you can buy here in central NY.
